✧ We will accept return and exchange on most pieces. Items must be returned in unworn condition within 30 days of receipt. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. ✧ Custom designed merchandise, class rings, special customize design items engraved with personalised information cannot be returned or exchanged.
❖ The ring I ordered doesn’t fit. Can you resize it?
✧ Yes, absolutely. As long as it’s a Bellezza Engagement Rings piece (that is not an eternity band version of one of our designs) we will resize it for free.
If you chose the “Eternity Band” style option for your ring, resizing incurs a $100 fee (as opposed to our standard complimentary service). You will be required to email us to confirm your ring size before we can begin production on your piece.
