If your ring doesn’t fit quite right, we offer one free resize.
You’ll only need to cover the shipping costs (both ways) — this applies to both domestic and international clients. (International orders may include customs fees.)

Resizing typically takes 1–2 weeks from the time we receive your ring.

Finding Your Perfect Ring Size

Our ring sizes follow a universal standard, so if you already know your current ring size, you can place your order confidently. If you’re unsure, we recommend checking your ring size first before placing your order.

During the Resize

While your ring is in our care, our specialists will perform a full inspection.
As part of the process, we’ll automatically address any minor wear and tear issues.
If any additional work is needed beyond basic maintenance, we’ll send you an intake form for approval before proceeding.

Exchange Instead of Resize

In some cases, we may recommend exchanging your original ring for a brand-new one in your correct size rather than resizing. This may happen if:

• It allows for a faster turnaround, or
• Resizing could compromise the design’s structural integrity.

This applies mainly to plain gold bands without stones. The exchanged ring will be handcrafted from scratch to ensure the same exceptional quality.
We’ll always contact you before taking this route.

Eternity Band Resizing Policy

If your ring is an Eternity Band, resizing incurs a $100 fee (due to the complexity of the design).
Please confirm your ring size via email before production begins to avoid resizing charges later.

How It Works

Contact our repair team at hello@bellezzaengagementrings.com to initiate your request.
Once we receive your piece, our repair specialists will:

1. Inspect and document its current condition in a detailed intake form.
2. Share a copy of that form with you so we’re aligned on the required work.

Warranty-Covered Repairs

If the repair falls under our lifetime warranty, we’ll begin immediately, no approval needed.
Warranty-covered services may include:

• Stone replacement or resetting
• Setting replacement
• Prong repair or replacement
• Band reinforcement
• Ring resizing

If you’d like to approve all work before we begin, please inform us before sending your piece.

Non-Warranty Repairs

If your jewelry requires work beyond warranty coverage, we’ll contact you with a quote for approval before proceeding.
You’ll always have the option to accept or decline additional services.

Repair Timeline:
Most repairs are completed within 2–3 weeks from the date we receive your item.
Clients are responsible for shipping both ways (and applicable customs fees for international shipments).

Stone Replacement

In rare cases where a limited-edition or one-of-a-kind stone is no longer available, we’ll contact you with suitable alternatives that match your original design for your approval.
